Important Notes
Configuration Checklist:
- Replace
YOUR_TOKENwith your actual Index Render API token. - Replace
http://example.comwith your website’s base URL. - The
timeout server 20svalue can be adjusted depending on expected render time. - Static assets are excluded from routing to Index Render for efficiency.
Example Test Command
After configuration, test using curl with a Googlebot User-Agent:
curl -v -A googlebot www.yourpage.com/
Verify Your Installation
- Check if Index Render headers / IDs are visible in the response.
- Test multiple pages to confirm proper caching and rendering.
- If headers are missing, integration may not be working correctly.
